Home Dashboard

This topic describes the Home Dashboard in SureClinical — the central landing page that provides quick access to documents, tasks, signing, and cross-product activity.

Overview

The Home Dashboard is displayed after you log in. It provides a high-level overview of pending tasks, recent documents, and signed or pending signature items across all SureClinical products you have access to.

The Home Dashboard is divided into sections:

  • Tasks — shows pending workflow tasks assigned to you.
  • Recent Documents — links to documents you recently opened or modified.
  • Notifications — alerts from connected products.

Use the top navigation bar to switch to a specific product (SureETMF, SureCTMS, etc.) or the Tray to access bookmarks and clipboard items.

Digitally Signing Documents from Home

You can sign documents directly from the Home Dashboard using SureEsign.

  1. Locate the document in the tasks or recent documents list.
  2. Click the document to open it.
  3. Click Sign and follow the signing prompts.

Uploading Documents from Home

  1. On the Home Dashboard, click Upload.
  2. Select the destination product and folder.
  3. Choose the file from your computer.
  4. Complete any required metadata fields.
  5. Click Upload.

Opening Documents from Home

Click any document title in the Home Dashboard to open it in the document viewer. Use the toolbar to annotate, download, or share the document.
