Organizations and Persons in SureNetwork

This topic explains how to manage organizations and persons within SureNetwork. Organizations represent institutions or companies, while persons represent individual contacts in the network.

Managing Organizations​

Adding an Organization​

  1. Navigate to SureNetwork.
  2. Click Organizations in the sidebar.
  3. Click Add Organization.
  4. Enter the organization name, type, and any additional details.
  5. Click Save.

Editing an Organization​

  1. In Organizations, locate the entry you want to edit.
  2. Click the organization name to open its details.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Make your changes and click Save.

Viewing and Managing Organizations​

The organizations list shows all organizations in your network. Use the search and filter options to find a specific entry. From the list you can edit, deactivate, or view the full profile of any organization.

Managing Persons​

Persons represent individual contacts associated with organizations in the network.

Adding a Person​

  1. Navigate to SureNetwork.
  2. Click Persons in the sidebar.
  3. Click Add Person.
  4. Enter the person's name, role, organization affiliation, and contact details.
  5. Click Save.

Editing or Deleting a Person​

  1. In Persons, locate the entry.
  2. Click the person's name to open their profile.
  3. Click Edit to modify details, or Delete to remove them from the network.

Note: Deleting a person removes them from the SureNetwork directory. If the person is associated with a project team, remove them from the project first.
