Overview

A Project Hub in SureHub is a configurable web page presented to project participants. It can include widgets that display documents, training materials, announcements, or links. Hub templates allow you to reuse layouts across multiple hubs.

Managing Hub Templates

Hub templates define the layout and default widgets for new hubs.

Creating a Hub Template

  1. Navigate to SureHub.
  2. Click Global Settings or the Hub Templates option.
  3. Click Add Template.
  4. Enter a name and description for the template.
  5. Add and arrange the widgets for the template.
  6. Click Save.

Editing or Deleting a Template

  1. Open the hub template list.
  2. Click a template name.
  3. Click Edit to modify, or Delete to remove the template.

Adding and Managing Hub Widgets

Widgets are the building blocks of a hub page. Each widget displays a specific type of content.

Adding a Widget

  1. Open the project hub in SureHub.
  2. Click Add Widget.
  3. Select the widget type from the list.
  4. Configure the widget settings (title, data source, visibility).
  5. Click Save.

Configuring a Widget

  1. Hover over the widget on the hub page.
  2. Click the Configure (gear) icon.
  3. Update the settings and click Save.

Removing a Widget

Click the Remove (X) icon on the widget to remove it from the hub.

Reordering Widgets

Drag and drop widgets on the hub page to change their order.

Viewing the Hub as an External User

External users who access the hub see the configured layout without access to administrative controls. See SureHub Overview for information on the external user experience.
