Overview

The Financials section in SureCTMS lets project managers track budgets, configure payment parties, record and process payments, and generate financial reports for a management project.

Using the Budget Planner

The Budget Planner provides a structured view of planned versus actual financial spend across a project.

  1. Open the management project.
  2. Select Financials from the project navigation.
  3. Click Budget Planner to view and configure budget entries.

Managing Payment Parties

Payment parties are the organizations or individuals who receive payments from the project.

Adding a Payment Party

  1. Navigate to Financials > Payment Parties.
  2. Click Add Payment Party.
  3. Enter the party name and details.
  4. Click Save.

Editing or Deleting a Payment Party

  1. In Payment Parties, locate the entry.
  2. Click Edit or Delete from the action menu.

Managing Payments

Configuring a New Payment

  1. Navigate to Financials > Payments.
  2. Click Add Payment.
  3. Select the payment party and enter the payment details (amount, type, date).
  4. Click Save.

Managing Payments in the Payment Queue

Payments that require review or approval appear in the Payment Queue. Use the queue to approve, reject, or hold pending payments.

Configuring Visit and Procedure Pricing

Subject visit and procedure pricing can be configured per study:

  1. Navigate to Financials > Study Subject Visit Pricing or Procedure Pricing.
  2. Enter the pricing schedule for each visit or procedure type.
  3. Save changes.

Generating Financial Reports

  1. Navigate to Financials.
  2. Click Generate Financial Report.
  3. Select the report type and date range.
  4. Click Generate.
